Melrose is a small city located about 7 miles north of Boston. Although a city by government is more of a large town and has become one of Boston’s more desirable suburbs. At one time Melrose was part of Charlestown and was first settled in 1628. Between is history, smallness and green spaces, Melrose is very picturesque.
